We, BerkshireFurs, operate a Zero Tolerance policy towards harassment. If you intend to attend our
meets to harass an individual/s or the event itself you will be banned, removed
from the premises and should it be deemed necessary to, reported to the local police. Ban decisions can
be appealed by emailing info@berkshirefurs.org.uk however, should your appeal be denied no further
appeals will be entertained.
No means no, stop means stop, do not pressure any staff be that The Face Bar, Playlist Live or any venue we are hosting an event at, or BerkshireFurs
CIC into accepting gifts they do not want. This includes but is not limited to pressuring them to accept
drinks/gifts that they do not want.
All BerkshireFurs staff wear a red BerkshireFurs T-Shirt and lanyard while our volunteers wear a yellow shirt with lanyard, should you need to speak with one of us please do approach us at anytime during the meet or do so after the meet via our Telegram channel.
BerkshireFur’s meets are strictly for ages 18 and above with no exceptions to this, this is both for the safety
of the meeting goers and the meet itself.
While we understanding that attending social events is important to us all, if you are unwell we ask that you stay home while you are unwell, be it a cold or cough, this is to prevent the further spread of such illiness to those around you. We also ask you to respect the choices of other attendees if they choose to wear a mask in or around the meet venue.
It should go without saying anyone caught engaging in sexual activities within the venue will be ejected immediately and issued a life time ban along with the full co-operation of meet and venue staff with any police action.
Livestreaming at the meet is strictly forbidden, anyone caught livestreaming at the event will be ejected without any further discussion. This also extends to members of the media. Unless prior written permission has been given by the staff of the meet, no member of the press is
welcome to attend the meet in any official capacity. Please be mindful when taking photos, please ask permission before doing so if you do not know the person and do not demand someone allows you to take photos. Photography is not permitted in the fursuit changing area at any time, this is a changing area not a filming location. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to delete the images and to leave immediately.
Alcohol, soft drinks not purchased at the meet venue must not be consumed at the meet, the venue has a wide variety of drinks available to everyone. Doing so damages the relationship we have with the venue and will result in your ejection from the meet. On the subject of consuming alcohol, please drink responsibly. Failure to do so will result in your ejection from the venue and potentially from further meets.
External food is permitted at The Face Bar but we ask that should you order any food you meet the delivery service at the door and do not drink any drinks included with your food or more sensibly not order food with a drink. Please dispose of your waste immediately and do not leave this for the venue staff or our own to clean this away. Other venue’s may differ and we will clarify at the time.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the venue, please do so outside of the venue and away from the
entrance of the building.
The sale, use or solicitation of illicit substances is completely forbidden at both the meet and the venue itself. Anyone caught in breach of this will be reported to the local police and ejected from the venue, this is not up for discussion.
Please do not wear fetish gear to the meet, collars can be worn discreetly but no BDSM apparel please. Fursuit harnesses/collars are permitted so long as they are on the fursuit itself at all times, and stored away when not in use.
The Fursuit changing area is strictly for fursuiters, do not enter this area if you are not intending to change in or out of suit. This is not a socialising area and needs clear access for all attendees who do need this space.
Do not place fursuit parts on the fans provided to move air around in this area, these are not for drying your fursuit parts. Furthermore do not adjust the speeds of them if you would like them adjusting please approach a member of the BerkshireFurs staff.
